Settings

Access your settings by selecting your name initials in the top right hand side of the screen. In this example the initial is simply ‘A’. There are three types of settings:

User Settings

This is where you can change your login name, email address, and password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

Charity Settings

This is where you can setup or change your Charity contact and legal information. Information from these fields pull into any donor receipts that gets generated, so don’t include information you don’t want showing. Fields marked with an asterisk are legally required as a minimum, so they must be filled out.
