Why has my Receipt Letter generation failed?

There is a high chance this has failed because you have more than one contact with the exact same name, but nothing else to uniquely identify them with. Try and add a postal or email address against one of the duplicate contacts, and then try another receipt run. If it fails again, please get in contact.
